Join us for an exceptional dining experience as we celebrate the renowned flavors of Buffalo Trace bourbon, perfectly paired with an exquisite menu crafted by Chef Bryan Thomas. This four-course journey is designed to highlight the complexities of each whiskey, bringing out subtle notes that harmonize with each dish.

First Course
Pan-Seared Seabass
Accompanied by rice pilaf and a rich tomato caper butter sauce, this delicate seabass offers a balanced start, complemented by Buffalo Trace’s signature smoothness.

Second Course

Roasted Airline Chicken Breast

Served with duchess potatoes, sautéed rainbow Swiss chard, and finished with a green peppercorn sauce, this dish adds a bold, savory profile that pairs beautifully with the next pour.

Third Course
Braised Beef Cheeks
